A true Italian classico
For a truly authentic Italian feast in Indonesia’s capital, the choices are limited. Their are only a small number of restaurants here that can claim to recreate truly Italian flavors. Alarge part of that is using the original recipes and the right ingredients, many of which are hard to come by in the capital.Among these select few, Ambiente restaurant in the Hotel Aryduta has consistently been ranked one of best spots in Jakarta to find a true Italian feast. Having opened at the same time as the hotel itself, back in 1974, it is also one of the oldest Italian eateries in the city.
