Anggun Disappointed With Eurovision Result
Indonesian songstress Anggun, who represented France at the Eurovision Song Contest last weekend with the radio-friendly pop song “Echo (You and I),” revealed on her Twitter account that she was upset about the results — she came in 22nd with only 21 points, ahead only of Denmark, Hungary, Great Britain and Norway.
Sweden’s Loretta won the contest with 372 points.
“Sincerely disappointed with the result, we had a blast on stage and did the best we can,” Anggun posted on Twitter on Sunday.
However, she also added: “Note to self: don’t take it personally.”
