The life story of Erwin Arnada, former editor-in-chief of Playboy Indonesia, who spent nine months in prison for offending public decency, has been picked up by Aktaloma Production to be adapted for the big screen.
“They asked me to provide them with some photos and data about myself,” Erwin said.
He does not know, however, the details of the filming process and production.
“I’m not sure if the film will be screened in Indonesia,” he said. “The production house just bought the rights to my life story. I also don’t know who is going to star in the film.”
Erwin’s own film, “Rumah di Seribu Ombak,” will hit Indonesian cinemas on Aug. 30.
