Malaysia Coach Seeks A Test for Top Player
Malaysia’s coach has warned shuttlers not to roll over against Lee Chong Wei at this week’s national badminton championships.
“They have to put in their best efforts from the group stages right until the end, even though realistically their chances of winning are slim,” Malaysia’s singles head coach, Rashid Sidek, told the Star newspaper. Lee, ranked No. 1 in the world, goes for his eighth consecutive national title in Johor Baru this week.
