Indonesia raised the monthly reference price for sales in June by 1.2 percent, the first increase since February, the Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry said.

The price for coal with a gross energy value of 6,322 kilocalories a kilogram was increased to $119.03 a metric ton on a free-on-board basis from $117.61 a ton in May, the Directorate General of Coal and Minerals at the energy ministry said in a statement on its Web site on Monday.
