Michelin-Star Chef Joel Robuchon Places Bets on Singapore Resort
Celebrity chef Joel Robuchon, who runs a top dining establishment in Hong Kong, is betting on a successful move to Singapore by opening three restaurants in a new casino resort this year.
Parisian Robuchon is the most Michelin-decorated chef in the world, with 25 stars across his 20 restaurants. He will be bringing his French haute cuisine in May to Genting Singapore’s Resorts World Sentosa, which will feature a Universal Studios theme park. “I am confident that the cuisine, style and concept of the Joel Robuchon restaurants will maintain their true authenticity and will not be compromised in Resorts World,” Robuchon said.
