431870I will present the official Fanelli conspiracy theory - autopsy or medical reports will indicate that the bodyguard, Doni, died from wounds that didn't come from a vehicular accident. Then the police will accuse the doctor who treated Doni, of having bludgeoned him to death while treating him, or some such nonsense, and will therefore avoid admitting that the witness in the show trial was murdered to prevent him from testifying.
This country is just great for conspiracy theories. What's even greater is that half of the time the conspiracy version of events is either true, or the truth turns out to be even more outrageous.
Nothing about this story makes any sense at all. What does it mean by 'struck', deliberately, accidentally, what?
The police have sent out a summons: Only a summons for murder or manslaughter?
Can we have the whole story JG?

East Jakarta Police have named a doctor a suspect in relation to the apparently accidental death of a defense witness for Comr. Gen. Susno Duadji, the National Police’s disgraced former chief investigator.
East Jakarta Police Traffic Chief Comr. Sudharsono told the Jakarta Globe on Sunday that they had a witness that would testify that the doctor, Carolin, had struck Chief Brig. Doni Rahmanto after he had fallen from his motorcycle.
She had been charged with negligence causing death, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in jail.
The doctor is understood to be among those who had attempted to save Doni’s life by rushing him to the hospital. He succumbed to his head injuries.
Sudharsono said Carolin had ignored two previous summonses, insisting that she had nothing to do with the death.
He said they were yet to take the doctor into custody.
National Police have previously denied suggestions there was anything suspicious about the death, saying Doni, who had also acted as a bodyguard for Susno, had died in a traffic accident on duty.
“This could happen to anybody, so it is a warning for us as well that we should be careful on the road,” National Police spokesman Chief Comr. Boy Raffly Amar said at the time.
On Thursday, Susno was jailed to 3.5 years for corruption. The charges were laid after he attempted to blow the whistle on alleged high-level corruption within National Police.
Suspicions were aroused following the death of Second Insp. Anjar Saputro, Susno’s former aide, who was killed in a traffic accident in Bogor last October.
The case remains unsolved.
