When you plan a trip up to Puncak, try paying for an escort. Wow! One just breezes through the traffic snarl with the escorts. How much? Dunno!

If you happen to be in Cibubur any time he wants to go home please count the number of police deployed so he he can have a clean run home. It is disgusting and a pure waste. Move to the palace SBY!

Given that the average IQ for the Police in Indonesia this attitude does not suprise me. Surely the cop asked for a payment of some type!

It's TOTALLY DISGUSTING!!! What else can I say?

Hendra NS, the chief editor of an automotive magazine, frustrated and traumatized by his treatment at the hands of the presidential transport police, or Patwal, last Friday at Cililitan toll road gate has written an open letter to the president in a national newspaper to vent his feelings.

Hendra wrote “Pak Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono that we respect, please move to the State Palace as the presidential official residence."

"Every day we suffer every time you and your family leave your house in Cikeas. Cibubur is only smooth for the President and his family, not for everyone else.”

“After paying the fee for inner-city toll road, I heard siren and security officers shouted on a microphone for me and other drivers to pull over. "

"I realized that Pak SBY or his family would pass. I slowed down while looking for a safe stop,” he said, adding that he wanted to pull over to the left side of the road.

“But there was another order for me to pull to the right. When I pulled to the right, a Patwal officer got angry and told me to go to the left. When I pulled to the left, he ordered me to go to the right. Confused and panicked, I stopped and waited for the next order. A Patwal officer in front of me got out of the car and hit my car,” he said.

He said the officer also threatened to shoot him.

According to Hendra, he was intimidated by the officer for 10 minutes. His daughter, who was in the car, became emotional and tearful.

“The officer yelled and cursed at me without giving me a chance to speak. I tried to explain that I only followed orders from the loud speaker but he said, 'Where did the speaker come from? You should have just followed me, I almost broke my arm signaling you to pull over to the left,' ” he said.

“Because the dialog was not calming down, I finally told him that I'm a journalist to prevent him from resorting to violence but he turned his nose up at my profession and said, 'We are out in the heat every day with a small salary. Do you think I want this job?' "

The 'intimidation' ended after the presidential car convoy passed and the officer ran to his patrol car and left.
