428907Wonder how much that cost?
Hmmm....so let me get this right. The guys get caught with 40gm of weed, a live plant and they test positive for the stuff but "they are just victims who need rehabilitation"
Amazing what fame and money can do for you! Justice? Come on, get real.
"...a cannabis plant measuring 3 centimeters in height."
so, just over an inch...bonsai weed perhaps?

Two musicians from Kangen Band have escaped prosecution after testing positive for marijuana during a drug bust in Jakarta over the weekend.
Brig. Gen. Benny Mamoto, a director at the agency, also known as BNN, said on Monday that Kangen lead vocalist Andika and keyboardist Izzy had been classified as “victims who need rehabilitation,” not criminal suspects.
The pair were among a group of eight people arrested at a music studio in Cibubur, East Jakarta, on Saturday. Police recovered 40 grams of dried marijuana and a cannabis plant measuring 3 centimeters in height.
Benny said even though the pair tested positive for marijuana, there was not enough evidence linking them to the cannabis recovered during the bust.
“They are just victims,” he said.
Benny said RS and Y, “fans” of the band, had been arrested for marijuana possession.
He said Andika and Izzy had been sent to BNN’s rehabilitation center at Lido, West Java.
During rehabilitation, the pair would be able to continue their musical careers and could leave the center when doctors determined they were clean of drugs.
Benny said that according to the Narcotics Law, if the pair were caught relapsing, they would again be sent to rehabilitation.
If they were caught a third time, he continued, they would be prosecuted.
Benny said BNN could not simply fight drugs by arresting drug users.
“We are now waiting for a government regulation on the obligation for drug users to voluntarily report their bad habits to receive rehabilitation.”
