What generals?, what money?, who mentioned fire bombing and assaults?- come on, it's about time the Police pulled their fingers out and did some REAL policing.

It's going to be really difficult to prosecute someone for committing a so called crime, when the law that covers that "crime" is not retroactive. The anti porn law came into being in 2008. The videos were made in 2005! Looks like POLRI are just wasting time - as usual!

The media is focussing too closely regarding the Tempo case - there might be something they manage to reveal!

So, quickly, let's pull this sex video case again out of the drawer and hope they will bite their teeth into that one, so our collars get a bit loose again....at least for another couple of months...and then - ah, we still have Susno to focus on!

For gods sake just leave them alone - they have done no harm to anyone else - only to themselves.

Indonesian celebrities Luna Maya and Cut Tari have been named suspects for their alleged starring roles in the Peterporn sex tapes scandal, National Police said on Friday.

National Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Marwoto Soeto said that though the two women would be charged and taken to court, they would not be taken into custody because they had been cooperative during the investigation and were the “victims” of Peterpan lead singer Nazril “Ariel” Irham who had shot both videos.

It is understood the women will be charged with the same offenses as Ariel, who is facing the prospects of a lengthy jail term if convicted under the controversial Anti-Pornography Law, Information and Electronic Transactions (ITE) Law and sections of the Criminal Code covering public indecency.

Marwoto said he could not provide further details but is expected to hold a news conference after Friday prayers this afternoon.

Luna and Cut Tari apologized to their fans on Thursday but neither, in separate interviews, admitted to being the women in the videos that became viral sensations when they were released online.

Police have so far been unable to determine how the videos were made public.
