A man died after falling from the 21st floor of a condominium in Surabaya, East Java on Wednesday.
Johannes Fredy Tanto was found dead on the 1st floor of Regensi Condominium in South Surabaya on Tuesday. Police told Metro TV the victim had checked into room 2104 on Tuesday at 10 am for a two-day stay.
A condominium employee who went to Johannes' room to refill the water dispenser was likely the last person to see him alive. He told police Johannes was standing on the balcony.
Shortly after the employee left the room, Johannes' body was found on the 1st floor.
An autopsy will determine whether the victim was under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Police have not yet determined whether his death was suicide, an accident or murder.
