UNDERSTANDING!!!!!!!

Are these moronic animals really serious.

To a last man I am comfortable in my belief that the Indonesian police are at the high end vicious, nasty, and dangerous criminals, who will stop at nothing to protect their dirty lives, and at the other end, sneaky little petty crooks with not an ounce of human feeling, dignity nor conscience. All in all I believe that the Indonesian police are a bunch of dirty, vile, lowlifes who the country, and mankind, could well do without. The only purpose they fulfill is as a litmus to all other evil in Indonesia.

The most alarming thing is that the President of Indonesia supports these criminals. SBY is a real letdown for this country. In the end he is no different to all of the other turds who make up the elite ruling class.

Alright then, prove it to us all that it wasn't some goons from the Police behind the assault. Now, numero uno has stepped in demanding investigation etc., etc., Hold on......he has restrained himself on the FPI debacle. Will he also attempt to investigate the activities of these hoodlums?

Apart of all this "Don't jump to conclusions and believe police is behind the attack" speeches he should stand in front of the mirror and ask himself why the public jumps so easily to conclusions. Is is because for decades the police did exactly what they are now alleged of having done and there are thousands of victims of police intimidation living to tell the tale? The high ups in the police hierarchy have to start realizing that there is zero (and I mean ZERO!!!!) trust in the police and its sleazy "performance"! The higher up the ladder, the greasier it gets...

About the silver Avanza driver _ he must be a hero, because this would be one of the exceptions that one stops to help - especially if the beating is in full progress!

It's a huge mess...police officers are the suspect?? And who is responsible to find the evidence? Police officers too?? Talk about conflict of interest. And I thought Indonesia police is trying to improve its image.... I guess it's just all talk...

National Police have asked the public not to jump to conclusions and believe that police officers were behind the apparently premeditated attack on Indonesian Corruption Watch investigator Tama Satrya Langkun.

“Do not speculate and decide who are the perpetrators as the investigation by the South Jakarta Police is ongoing,” spokesman Insp. Gen. Edward Aritonang said.

Indonesian Corruption Watch recently reported a number of police generals to the Corruption Eradication Commission and the Judicial Mafia Task Force after discovering bank accounts containing millions of dollars.

More details, meanwhile, have emerged of the attack itself, with South Jakarta Police saying that Tama’s colleague, Khadafi, and two witnesses to the assault were also attacked.

South Jakarta Police Chief Snr. Comr. Gatot Edi Pramono told the Jakarta Globe that two of the witnesses would be summoned for questioning.

It is unclear why they haven’t already been questioned.

Edi said Tama and Khadafi, from ICW’s South Sulawesi branch, were riding to Tama’s office in Kalibata after watching a World Cup football game when two motorcycles obstructed their path about 500 meters from Asri Hospital in Duren Tiga, where Tama is currently being treated. His condition is listed as stable.

“He was beaten with a tool. We don’t know yet what tool but for sure it was not a sharp tool.”

He said Khadafi, hospital security guard Maskur and housing complex guard Budi were also beaten but suffered only minor injuries.

Edi also clarified that the driver of a silver Toyota Avanza witnessed at the scene of the accident was only a passerby and had stopped to help the victim.
