Surabaya Police continued raiding the city's notorious Dolly prostitution district on Wednesday night, detaining 28 prostitutes and 24 men without proper ID cards, including two Sri Lankan sailors.
The suspects were detained because for not carrying passports or other identification. The Sri Lankan men were released after their supervisor came to the police station with their passports and visas.
The raids began on Tuesday. It is not known how long they will continue.
