President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono welcomed German President Christian Wulff on a state visit at the Presidential Palace on Thursday morning in Jakarta.
 
Based on information from the President’s Special Staff office in International Relations, SBY and Wulff will discuss progress in bilateral cooperation between Indonesia and Germany.

Wulff will also attend a business meeting event with the German community in Indonesia and give a public lecture at the University of Indonesia.

In addition, Wulff is scheduled to meet with speaker of the People’s Consultative Assembly Taufik Kiemas and Former President BJ Habibie, as well as a number of religious, cultural and civil society leaders in Indonesia.

Before leaving Indonesia on Dec. 2, Wulff will also visit the Kalibata Heroes Cemetery.
