Julio Iglesias is, by any measure, one of the most successful international singers in history. The legendary Spanish superstar recently came to Indonesia’s capital to croon for his fans and to relive old memories of his time spent in the archipelago.“There are a lot of reasons why I love this country so much,” Iglesias said after finishing his first two songs in Spanish during the “Julio Iglesias — Live in Jakarta” concert, a joint presentation of BeritaSatu Media Holdings and Java Festival Production.“I have a lot of friends here, and I also met my wife here,” he said. “So many years, so many memories.”
